About the District
It encompasses the Coachella Valley cities of Cathedral City, Coachella, parts of Desert Hot Springs, Indian Wells, Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Thousand Palms, and communities east to Blythe at the Arizona Border. To the west the district includes Moreno Valley, then continues south to Hemet, Homeland, Idyllwild, Nuevo, Winchester and parts of Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City and Temecula.
